If you are dissatisfied, email m4ra7h0n@gmail.com within 7 days of any purchase for a full refund of that purchase. This includes used credits and downloaded exports, as well as unused packs.

Use the email address you paid with and include the payment reference so we can locate the purchase. Refunds are processed through Creem to the original payment method. Refunded credits may be removed from your balance. We do not sell subscriptions.

Your statutory rights are unaffected. Flight files still expire 24 hours after upload. Download failure before expiry restores the file credit when detected; contact support if you prefer a refund within the 7-day window.
