What the price is based on
These are launch experiment prices for self-service software. The project brief places manual conversion services in the tens of dollars per job. Our supplied research names AcuLog and Beyond Blue Logbooks but does not establish their current prices; we have not verified live quotes and do not claim a quantified saving. Our $19 single-file price and $39 three-file pack are our own choices to test demand.
A spreadsheet or a free logbook such as MyFlightbook may be sufficient for you. This product charges for preparing checked output files, not for keeping your logbook. No human audit, paper transcription or physical printing is included.
Limits and the refund promise
8 MiB, 20,000 flight rows, 100 columns, 2,000 characters per cell. CSV or one values-only XLSX worksheet. Reports and exports expire 24 hours after upload; a purchase does not extend that time. Before unlocking, fix blocking errors and accept any remaining warnings. Changing an unlocked file or its mapping requires a new conversion credit.

Which files can I upload?
CSV or single-sheet, values-only XLSX, up to 8 MiB and 20,000 flight rows. Header aliases cover common ForeFlight, LogTen Pro, MyFlightbook, Garmin Pilot, APDL and spreadsheet exports. Export versions vary: confirm every mapped column. PDF scans, images, XLS, macros and paper transcription are not supported.
What is free?
The complete automated reconciliation report, paginated when necessary, and the first 20 converted flight rows. Try it without creating an account. Full-file downloads require a paid file credit even when the file has fewer than 20 rows.
What does a credit unlock?
One uploaded file with one confirmed mapping, in all offered output formats. Repeat downloads are free until the original 24-hour file expiry. A changed file or changed mapping after unlock is a new conversion. Unused credits do not expire; there is no subscription.
Does it certify my hours or check regulatory eligibility?
No. It checks arithmetic and formatting in the data you supply. It cannot verify that a flight happened, signatures, aircraft ratings, currency, cross-country eligibility or FAA/EASA legal credit. The FAA 8710 worksheet is preparation material, not an official application. You remain responsible for your logbook.
Will all time columns add up to total time?
No. PIC, dual, cross-country, night and instrument can overlap. We compare individual components to total, check PIC/SIC and instrument conflicts, and retain duplicates for your review. Blank source values stay unknown, not verified zeros. Totals are rounded to minutes first, so they can differ slightly from decimal-based software.
What is deleted after 24 hours?
Uploaded files, parsed rows, reports, mappings and generated exports expire 24 hours after upload, even after payment. Access stops at expiry; automatic deletion runs every minute while the service is running and on its next start if stopped. Delete now is also available. Account and payment records follow the separate privacy policy; flight files must be excluded from backups.
Which destinations are supported?
Standard CSV in decimal or H:MM, ForeFlight-style flight-table CSV, MyFlightbook CSV for its column-mapping importer, complete XLSX, a FAA 8710 preparation worksheet, and FAA/EASA-style printable PDF. No direct account connection or guaranteed vendor import certification. Use the destination importer to confirm column meanings and aircraft records. Our synthetic fixtures test profiles, not live vendor accounts.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Email support within 7 days of any purchase for a full refund if you are dissatisfied, including after using an export. Include the account email and payment reference. Refunds return through Creem to the original payment method.
