Airline interview logbook printing: prepare a clear file with page totals
A readable printout helps a reviewer follow your history. Ask the airline or interviewer which documents, signatures and formats it expects before preparing the final copy.

Reconcile before formatting
Upload your export, review the dates and all known time subtotals, and investigate duplicate warnings. PDF formatting does not fix the underlying logbook. Keep your original records and signed endorsements available separately.
Choose the right print format
The FAA-style PDF uses decimal hours. The EASA-style PDF uses H:MM. Both are landscape review layouts with flight details, per-page totals and running totals. These are our layouts, not official or authority-approved forms. The workbook includes the complete normalized table and a separate time-summary sheet.
Check the exported file
Open the PDF and review the first and last pages, source row count, page totals and cumulative totals. Print at landscape orientation with fit-to-page disabled where possible. PDFs use ASCII substitutions for non-ASCII text; use the XLSX for exact Unicode remarks and identifiers. We do not supply physical printing, binders or signatures.
Save before the file expires
Download the files within 24 hours of the original upload. Buying a credit does not restart that clock. Store your own copy of the original and the output. The site deletes flight files automatically and is not a permanent logbook backup.
Start with your own file.
See the full automated report and 20 converted rows before paying. A complete export starts at $19. Files expire after 24 hours.
